The results of the II National Ranking of Educational Organizations and Educational Programs of Secondary Vocational Education have been summarized.

The Independent Institute for Accreditation, Rating and Certification (IARC) has completed the II National Ranking of Educational Organizations and Programs of Secondary Vocational Education of the Kyrgyz Republic for the 2024–2025 academic year.

On April 17, 2026, the award ceremony for participants of the II National Ranking of Educational Organizations and Programs of Secondary Vocational Education of the Kyrgyz Republic was held. A welcoming speech was delivered by the Chairman of the IARC Rating Council, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, T.A. Sariev.

The ranking was conducted in three stages from October 25, 2025 to April 17, 2026, with the aim of promoting the improvement of quality and competitiveness of educational organizations and secondary vocational education programs in the country.

A total of 19 educational organizations and 13 secondary vocational education programs took part in the ranking. The evaluation was carried out based on a comprehensive methodology, including indicators of quality of education, graduate employment, digitalization, infrastructure, and satisfaction of participants in the educational process.

According to the results of the institutional ranking, the leaders were:

1st place — Bishkek College of Architecture and Management in Construction (93.10)
2nd place — Kara-Balta Technical and Economic College named after M.T. Ibragimov
3rd place — Bishkek Automobile and Road College named after K. Kolbaev

🏆 Category: State educational institutions under universities
1st place — Pedagogical College of JAGU named after B. Osmonov (74.50)
2nd place — Industrial Pedagogical College of Osh State University
3rd place — Polytechnic College of KSTU named after I. Razzakov

🏆 Category: Medical educational institutions
1st place — Osh Medical College (78.11)
2nd place — Medical College of KUMU named after B. Sydykov

According to the results of the program ranking, the leaders were:
