Independent Institute for Accreditation, Rating and Certification (IARC) has completed the II National Ranking of Educational Organizations and Programs of Secondary Vocational Education of the Kyrgyz Republic for the 2024\u20132025 academic year.<\/p><p>On April 17, 2026, the award ceremony for participants of the II National Ranking of Educational Organizations and Programs of Secondary Vocational Education of the Kyrgyz Republic was held. A welcoming speech was delivered by the Chairman of the IARC Rating Council, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, T.A. Sariev.<\/p><p>The ranking was conducted in three stages from October 25, 2025 to April 17, 2026, with the aim of promoting the improvement of quality and competitiveness of educational organizations and secondary vocational education programs in the country.<\/p><p>A total of 19 educational organizations and 13 secondary vocational education programs took part in the ranking. The evaluation was carried out based on a comprehensive methodology, including indicators of quality of education, graduate employment, digitalization, infrastructure, and satisfaction of participants in the educational process.<\/p><p>According to the results of the institutional ranking, the leaders were:<\/p><p>\ud83c\udfc6 Category: State full-time educational institutions<br \/>1st place \u2014 Bishkek College of Architecture and Management in Construction (93.10)<br \/>2nd place \u2014 Kara-Balta Technical and Economic College named after M.T. Ibragimov<br \/>3rd place \u2014 Bishkek Automobile and Road College named after K. Kolbaev<\/p><p>\ud83c\udfc6 Category: State educational institutions under universities<br \/>1st place \u2014 Pedagogical College of JAGU named after B. Osmonov (74.50)<br \/>2nd place \u2014 Industrial Pedagogical College of Osh State University<br \/>3rd place \u2014 Polytechnic College of KSTU named after I. Razzakov<\/p><p>\ud83c\udfc6 Category: Medical educational institutions<br \/>1st place \u2014 Osh Medical College (78.11)<br \/>2nd place \u2014 Medical College of KUMU named after B.
